The club shall remain open ordinarily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm (on special days club will open one or two hours more depends on the manaement)

No stranger shall be admitted to the club premises unless introduced by a member.

No member can introduce more than 5 guests into the club per day.

In the event of any member objecting to the introduction of anybody as a guest, the decision of the Managing Committee shall be final. The Secretary of the club may take on the spot decisions in this regard and later get his decision ratified by the Managing Committee at its meeting.

No member can introduce the same person more than 5 times a month.

Every member introducing a guest shall write his name and address in the book kept for that purpose and shall be responsible to pay the guest's fees/charges.

The guests shall strictly follow the rules of the club and maintain the decorum of the club and use the facilities of the club and park their vehicles in such a way as not to inconvenience the members of the club.

Children below the age of 10 years are exempted from the guest fees/charges.

Separate charges for the different amenities of the club as decided by the Managing committee shall be payable in addition to the guest fees/charges decided by the Managing committee from time to time. For the bills payable and breakages caused by the guests and also for the behaviour of the guests.

No games of hazard and chance shall be played in the club.

Loss or damage to any of the club property shall be paid for or be replaced by the person responsible thereof. However, if the loss or damage is caused by a guest, the member introducing the guest shall be responsible for the loss or damage.

Instances of unsatisfactory behaviour of the employees of the club shall be reported to the Hon. Secretary Cum Treasurer in writing. No member shall take the responsibility upon himself to punish them or use abusive language for their misbehaviour. The Hon. Secretary Cum Treasurer shall, if necessary, take such on the spot minor decisions as he deems fit, in the interest of the club. But he alone shall not take any extreme or drastic decision.

No member shall take away from the club any Newspaper, book, pamphlet or any other property of the club without the permission of the Hon. Secretary Cum Treasurer.

Suggestions regarding the improvement of the club and complaints shall be recorded in a book kept of the said purpose in the office of the club.

The affiliated member/s can use the club and its facilities for not more than 5(five) days continuously in a month.

Dress Code

Gentlemen:- Collar less T-Shirts, Shorts, Lunge, Dhoti, Panche, 3-4th pants, plastic slippers, Gumboots, bathroom and hawai slippers are not permitted inside the main Club house i.e., the Hall the Bar room and the open sit-out of the Bar room.
